The Foreign Ministers of 6 Arab Countries meet in Jordan
On 31 January, the FM of Egypt, Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Kuwait met in Jordan to coordinate their position in several regional issues. On 30 January they arrived in Amman where they met the Jordanian King Abdullah II. The Monarch stressed “the importance of coordinating Arab positions on regional issues”. The Syrian re-admission to the AL and the crisis with Qatar were some of the issues on the table. The Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi described the meeting as “positive and constructive”.
