The European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed), in its capacity as EuroMeSCo Academic Secretariat, will provide support to institutes from the EuroMeSCo network for the organisation of international seminars, workshops and conferences on Euro-Mediterranean issues. The objective of the programme is to facilitate the participation of researchers affiliated to an institute from the network to events organised by other institutes of the network.

In this context, we are launching a Call for Proposals for conferences and workshops.

The international workshops/conferences that will benefit from the IEMed support should

–          be organised by an institute from the EuroMeSCo network

–          include participants from both shores of the Mediterranean, with EuroMeSCo experts representing 25% of the total number of speakers and with the participation of practitioners/policy makers

–          be related to the Euro-Mediterranean agenda and to EuroMeSCo thematic priorities

Incomplete applications will be rejected.
