The meeting of the EuroMeSCo ENI Project´s Consortium took place on 9 November in Brussels. Members of the consortium, Steering Committee and representatives of the European Commission and the European External Action Service discussed the topics of the Working Packages for the third cycle of the project. As a result of the meeting and based on the consultation of the whole network, the three Working Packages to be developed in 2017/2016 were approved:

Working Package 1

Sahel and Security in the Mediterranean, to be led by Carnegie Middle East Center

Working Package 2

New Euro-Mediterranean Dynamics in the Eastern Mediterranean, to be led by the Israeli Institute for Regional Foreign Policies – MITVIM

Working Package 3

Minorities in the Middle East and North Africa, to be led by Arab Reform Initiative – ARI
