Iran and Turkey strengthen trade relations despite sanctions
After unilateral US sanctions entered into force on the first week of November, Iran is seeking to strengthen its bilateral relations with Turkey. Managing director of Aras Free Trade-Industrial Zone, Mohsen Nariman, stressed that Turkey is considered the most important country for Iran among those exempt from US sanctions, as 30% of the companies operating in the Free-Trade Industrial Zone are from Turkey.
