The European Union, together with Denmark, will support new infrastructure projects in Area C of the West Bank by providing €6 million. The 16 projects will target schools, roads, multipurpose buildings, water distribution networks, water reservoirs and rehabilitation of electricity networks in 15 localities across the West Bank, serving over 24,000 beneficiaries. EU support of the Palestinian community in Area C focuses on areas of social infrastructure, private sector development, environment and agriculture.
