The EUNAFAVOR MED Operation Sophia counts with a new airplane, the Italian Air Force multi-role aircraft P-72A, which completed its first mission on June 4^th. The P-72A is a multi-role aircraft capable of performing an important number of operations, as it is capable to work effectively at low and medium altitude, with different weather conditions, regardless of the light and performing advanced maritime and electronic surveillance.
