Mission and objectives

DİPAM is a non-profit, independent think tank that is established to provide ideas to decision makers at the national and international level, to open a field of action and to carry out a “track II diplomacy”.

The think tank has the advantage of working with partners from different geographies in multilateral activities and projects carried out with an academic-diplomatic balance. In addition, it has important people of opinion for Turkey both in its own team and in its communication network.

DiPAM’s research prepares the ground for more multilateral studies in regional studies, both to receive more views from different countries and to convey its own ideas to more people and institutions.
