EuroMeSCo Research Workshop "Fragile Statehood, Security and Democracy - The Cases of Lebanon and Palestine"
 The EuroMeSCo Secretariat and the Regional Centre for Conflict Prevention (RCCP), at the Jordan Institute for Diplomacy, organised a research workshop on "Fragile Statehood, Security and Democracy - The Cases of Lebanon and Palestine", which took place on 15-16 March 2008 at the Mövenpick Hotel in the Dead Sea/Jordan.

The workshop consisted of three sessions, all of which considered the linkages between fragile statehood, security and democracy, as well as the role of international actors.
